- Usage information: we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type, and actions such as tapping a phone number or WhatsApp link. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and process trade account or franchise applications.
- To improve our website, our stores and our marketing.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages without your permission.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to us by our website host (Netlify) and stored in our business email. Usage statistics are processed by Google on our behalf. We share personal information with no one else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to serve you as a customer or evaluate your application, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
